BODY CONDITIONING

Our body conditioning class is a weights focused class, consisting of slow controlled tempo designed to improve technique & muscular strength while also burning body fat.

Our mobilisation class is more relaxed but equally important to the other classes, this class focuses on improving mobilisation in the joints & improving flexibility in the muscles.

Massages

Sports Massage is a type of deep tissue massage used to treat a wide variety of conditions. Specialised techniques are used to increase blood flow, bringing nutrients and oxygen to the muscles and flushing out toxins.

This can help to reduce muscle tension, increase range of movement, decrease stiffness and improve recovery following exercise. It is not only sports participants who benefit from sports massage. It is also highly beneficial for those with a sedentary desk job or highly physical jobs.

I have been a member of Level Up for two years, having one-to-one sessions on a twice weekly basis. The gym itself is clean, well-equipped and a welcoming space in which to train. However, what sets Level Up apart from other gyms is the quality of its coaches. They have an encyclopaedic knowledge of the body’s anatomy which helps them analyse each individual’s physical strengths and weaknesses. This in turn informs the bespoke programmes they devise, wholly tailored to personal needs and requests at any time.
